Shipping policy

Digital files are delivered immediately with a link in the order confirmation for download from Shopify's server. For files larger than 5GB, a text document is delivered with a dedicated download link.

Physical goods for customers in EU and US are shipped from our warehouse in Italy.

Free BRT worldwide shipping on all orders above €150. Orders for customers in the US are shipping as normal. Contact us for specific requirements.
